Client Profile
Pulso Inmobiliario, a dynamic and innovative Mexican company focused on developing world-class projects within Latin America. In just over a decade, the company has managed to consolidate itself as one of the most dynamic players in its sector. Their portfolio consists of over 3,760,000 sq. ft. of AAA office space with an additional 3,200,000 sq. ft. under construction, plus 2,000 hotel rooms in operation and 1,500 in the pipeline.
Project Scope
Pulso Inmobiliario was the responsible party for designing and constructing of the Ritz-Carlton Enclaves Reserve Residences in Puerto Los Cabos, about 35 km from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The West Enclave Residence features twenty-seven, five bedroom homes perfectly situated on an elevated bluff with panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez and just steps away from a secluded two-mile beach stretch.
The lighting project consisted of many independent and different architectural specifications with one or multiple applications. These types of projects can be overwhelmed due to a large number of different components and applications. Also, so many different components can lead to costly mistakes with the required product specification, product allocation, logistics, and installation.

Delivering lighting fixtures in compliance with Latin America electric codes
To simplify the process of a complex architectural project by the use of our platform so that the project could be done remotely without a single problem. Particularly, to design and specify architectural spec-rate lighting solutions for four mockup residences by the use of friendly-user management tools within our platform.
Solution
Our lighting design and engineering team analyzed every single area of the floor plan to properly specify architectural lighting solutions. In other words, once the areas were analyzed, our lighting fixtures selection was focused on technical and architectural elements such as LED engine, efficiency, lumen output, beam angle, color temperature and IP rating among others elements.
With the use of our user-friendly turnkey platform, we saved time and money to Pulso Inmobiliario by simplifying the detail-intensive process from start to finish. Specifically, our smart icon technology was implemented into the digital architectural floor plans. Smart Icons are used to recognize the lighting fixture type and location within the floor plan. Also, once the user clicks on a Smart Icon, access to all key data pertaining to the specified lighting fixture is given such as spec sheets, installation sheets, and tracking numbers.
These tools and many other ones helped all users involved (architects, general contractors, interior designers, and electricians) to stay organized and in sync, saving time and costly mistakes. The architectural project was successfully simplified from start to finish. From initial lighting fixture selection to eliminating multiple layers of costs by providing a direct supply chain solution.
